If you have a premature baby or your baby needs specialist care in the Neonatal Unit this can be a stressful and anxious time.
TinyLife’s Family Support Officers are here to help you. Working across Northern Ireland, each of our Family Support Officers make weekly visits to the neonatal unit to liaise with hospital staff and make themselves available to mums, dads and other family members.
If you need someone to talk to who understands the stress and anxiety associated with having a baby or babies in intensive or special care, our support officers are there for you.
Our Family Support Team are also able to offer information which may help to ease your situation, including information about all of our support services at TinyLife and can recommend other resources and support services who could also be of assistance.
The Family Support Officers will leave information on the Neonatal Unit of how to contact them directly, but you can also complete a Family Support Form and the Family Support Officer attached to your Neonatal Unit will get in touch with you.
